Why Forte Management?

Our musicians are top of the line professionally trained and very experienced. Forte Management is licensed by the state of Florida as an approved booking agency, meaning we are not only one of the few agencies licensed to book music for weddings, but that we are legally insured to do so.We represent international artists with fully developed careers ensuring that any event you need booked will be realized with the utmost professionalism and highest quality music.

What events can you do?

We provide music for all venues: weddings, dinner parties, fundraisers, corporate events being the most popular. Forte Management also works to provide musicians for night clubs, televised award shows, and concert halls.

What music do you offer?

We proudly offer every kind of genre and mood possible. We specialize currently in classical ensembles and jazz bands but are more than capable of providing accordions, dj's, barbershop quartets, and even karaoke bands. Trust us, there is nothing you could want that we can not offer.

How much do you charge?

Prices depend on a lot of factors, such as how many musicians will be performing, equipment needed, and travel fees. Please see below for pricing specifics as well as answers to other specific questions.

• When can I expect the musicians to arrive?
Musicians will arrive roughly 30 minutes prior to performance time, and will meet with the officiant or event coordinator to finalize last minute details.
• I would like a special piece performed for my wedding. Is that possible?
That won't be a problem. Our arrangers on staff will work to bring you whichever piece you specifically requested. Additional fees may be charged for difficult/lengthy arrangements.
• How will the musicians dress?
Our musicians generally dress in either black attire or tuxedos. Special attire can certainly be requested, and if can be it accommodated it will be.
• What part of the wedding do you play?
Generally, Our musicians will play:
Prelude Music 10 - 20 minutes before  the ceremony starts. 
Processional Music as the bride, bridesmaids, and parents enter
Recessional music as the parties exit
Postlude music for when the guests are leaving for the reception.
If there are special places in your wedding where you would like music to be played, for exampled candle lighting, communion, prayers, our musicians are more than capable of accommodating that.
• I am not an expert on classical music, how do I select what I want played for my wedding?
Forte Management is more than happy to work with you to help you determine which pieces you would like performed. • Will your musicians play outdoors?
Yes, ensembles will play for outdoor ceremonies. shade is usually required, and there are stipulations regarding hazardous weather that may endanger the instruments.
• We want musicians for other events besides the ceremony. Can Forte Management provide a jazz band for the cocktail hour?
At Forte Management, we are proud to offer any ensembles you might need. A jazz ensemble wont be a problem for a cocktail hour, or  even a live karaoke band for your reception.
• Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required at least one week prior to the ceremony.

• Which kind of ensemble should we get for a corporate event?
Its really more of a personal preference, and should be discussed with your Forte Management agent. Luckily, we represent many musicians who are fluent in both jazz and classical styles. Be sure to make this request.
• I am not an expert on classical or jazz music, how do I select what I want played for my wedding?
Forte Management is more than happy to work with you to help you determine which pieces you would like performed, however a little more freedom is usually given to musicians performing at a corporate event.
